For readings, custom spells, and courses, please note that refunds are not provided once the purchase is complete, as these are not physical products. A change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

 

For physical products, refunds are available within 30 days of purchase and receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition within that timeframe.

When purchasing custom spells, you will need to have a consultation to discuss the type of spell you need, as different situations require divination to figure out the best option for you. If we cannot agree on a date for the consultation, I will not proceed with any custom spell work for you, and if you purchase the custom spell before having a consultation, I will cancel the order and refund you for the spell you purchased. (The consult is only required for custom spells)
