Refund Policy

All tarot readings, spell consultations, spell work, courses, and classes are non-refundable and non-returnable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these are spiritual services and not physical products. These services are provided for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only and are not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice.

 

For shipped physical items: if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact me and attach photos within 14 days of delivery at whimsyandcelestial@gmail.com, or via the contact form, I will provide a replacement or refund for damaged items.

 

Returns must be unused and in their original condition/packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty. Refunds will be issued once the item is received back.

 

Custom or made to order items (such as spell jars, oils, or handmade products) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

 

Whimsy & Celestial is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If your parcel is lost due to an incorrect address provided, I cannot issue a refund.
